Q: What are your TERMS when it comes to consulting and providing services?

A: Our initial consultation is free. During this time we will endeavor to provide you with the best possible service in order for you to reach your objective(s). After consultation a verbal or written quote will be provided for most services, along with an estimated delivery time. Unless credit has been arranged in advance, we will ask for 50% of the quote before any service is initiated. Copies or sketches of the work are emailed to you or placed online in a private directory for your review and approval during the various phases of development. Once the service has been completed and is approved by you via a copy of the original work, you will be asked to forward the remaining 50% to our office. Once received we will provide you with the master copy/file in the agreed format(s).

Q: What if I'm not happy with your work?

A: We will work very hard to solve any problem(s) in respect to any of our services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our work, if warranted, we will provide you with a refund, minus any out-of-pocket expenses if applicable.

Q: How do you ship hard-copy materials?

A: Quickly but carefully, and we usually use Purolator or FedEx.

Q: How can I make an icon like yours that shows up in the Favorites menu?

A: You need to create a "favicon.ico" file and put it in your website's directory. The best way to do this is to follow this link and its directions.
